At mobility.schwarz, we are committed to accessibility, diversity and inclusion. As part of this commitment, we are working to ensure that mobility.schwarz’s digital services are accessible to all people, regardless of their abilities.
Compliance with applicable standards
The accessibility of the website www.mobility.schwarz is based on the requirements of the Accessibility Improvement Act (BFSG) and the AA level of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) as well as the harmonized standard EN 301 549.
Accessibility status and degree of fulfillment
The www.mobility.schwarz service is partially compliant with the aforementioned requirements due to the ongoing optimization of the offering.
Description of compliance (BFSG Annex 3 No. 1a): We attach importance to compliance with the basic principles of perceptibility, usability, comprehensibility and robustness. The central navigation, the product pages and the ordering process have been designed in such a way that they can be operated entirely by keyboard and can be used with common screen readers (such as JAWS, NVDA). We use semantic HTML to ensure correct structuring and reading order. The color contrasts for main texts and controls comply with WCAG requirements.
Non-accessible content and deviations (BFSG Annex 3 No. 1b, d): The following parts/functions are currently not yet fully accessible and represent deviations from the EN 301 549 standard:
PDF documents: some documents available for download (e.g. older GTCs, leasing or financing documents) that were created before June 28, 2025 are not yet fully tagged or structured in terms of PDF/UA.
Map widgets: Integrated maps for dealer searches or vehicle locations are only accessible to users of assistive technologies to a limited extent in terms of their operation and information structure.
Time-based media: Not all recorded videos published before 05.11.2025 have complete and synchronized subtitles.
Barrier-free alternative (BFSG Annex 3 No. 1c): If you are unable to use information from a document or a specific area in an accessible manner due to these deficiencies, please contact us.
